Our Research Culture

Alpine Health recognises the importance of developing research capacity across the organisation.  A culture of Evidence Based Practice exists and informs care provision across the organisation.  Staff are encouraged to be curious and to foster inquiry.  Generating and utilising research to improve patient/resident outcomes is critical for a successful learning and research organisation.  Research across Alpine Health is considered in the broadest sense to include, reflective practice, quality improvement and evaluation.

Alpine Health is strategically committed to strengthen and consolidate the relationship between research and practice. Students and staff across Alpine Health benefit from partnerships with industry and higher education. These partnerships support both the generation and utilisation of research through the development of research focused areas and research strategies that lead to service improvement and directly impact the community.
