Course Payment Options
Alpine Institute has a range of payment options to assist you with your course payments. For short courses such as First Aid and CPR, these will be payable on enrolment and will offer the options below. For Qualification’s and Skill Sets you will receive an invoice. On this invoice will be a QR code, which can be scanned to be taken to the payment options below. Alternatively, you can phone the Institute and we can take your payment over the phone. The payment service we use is Stripe
Full Upfront Payment
You can choose to pay full amount upfront, using the QR code on your invoice, you will be able to use either a debit or credit card for this payment. You will receive a receipt after your payment is received by Administration staff, please allow 3 business days.
If you wish to pay your course off over a duration of time, you can use the EZIDEBIT service. Using this service will allow you to create direct debts at a frequency of your choice to ensure your course is paid in full by completion. EZIDEBIT provides your full payment to Alpine Institute when you enter into a payment plan, the EZIDEBIT service will then manage your payment deductions from this point.
The EZIDEBIT service does have associated fees which you will be required to pay, they are displayed prior to signing up for the payment service and are relatively low.
As an employer you may choose to pay for your employee’s course cost, including First Aid and CPR. To arrange this your employee will need to follow the provided enrolment link and choose invoice rather than pay now. We will require the employer’s approval to process the invoice, please email the Alpine Institute Administration team with the names of all employees and a purchase order if required.
Full payment must be received prior to any Awards or Statements of Attainment being issued.
